Initially, I spoke several times with Asif and exchanged emails. I found that Asif had lots of patience and answered all my questions. I signed the contract on April 10th evening, and the Infinity furnace was installed the next day.
The technicians John and Ayaz were very polite and professional.
Price was better than the other 2 dealers.
My concern was that my humidifier and AC must work as before. Asif put this in contract. The technicians first checked that everything was working before installing new furnace and new thermostat. Once installed, they ensured Humidifier and AC were working along with the new furnace.
The technicians did cleanup before leaving.
I am very happy.
