I Purchased a Groupon as well which there was an issue with, finally got my Groupon reimbursed by Groupon.
The most ridiculous thing was they showed up at my three-story house without a ladder to do the windows, ridiculous. Looking for somebody else to do my windows this year because every time I walk down my stairs I look at that half done window. Would never ever recommend

I too bought a Groupon for window cleaning (I wish I had read the reviews first), I made two appointments, called and texted and never received a response. This company has very poor customer service.

Purchased Groupon and went online to make appointment and did not see the place to put in the Groupon # so ended up paying full price as well. When they came to do the windows, 3story house, they did not bring a ladder! Contacted Urban Upkeep, and the person I spoke with said he wold refund my Pay Pal. Never happened, despite reassurances from the company many time during about 28 emails.
I have NEVER been so disappointed in any business I've dealt with before.

I purchased this window cleaning service on groupon. It is easily the worst and most unprofessional service I have ever received. They cancelled the day before my cleaning on 3 separate occasions and then on the 4th time, they assured me they would be there. I waited an entire day, but they did not show up. No phone call, email, nothing. I tried to contact the company, but they would not return my phone calls or emails. Do not ever use this company.
