Replacement of a shut off valvle

Sergey came the day after we called, and he made it at 8PM to fit our schedule. He was very courteous and efficient. He actually taught a few things about plumbing. He quickly replaced our faulty shut off valve and showed me how to properly drain my pipes. It will be -10C and below soon, and I am sure our pipes will not get frozen anymore.
Awesome service and very fair price. I will highly recommend Tornado Plumbing to all my friends and neighbors.
