We had a flooding issue in the basement of our rental property due decayed old clay pipes. Sergei and Igor worked quickly and effectively to dig up every last bit of the old pipe and replaced it all with new PVC. The job ended up being much bigger than first expected but they stayed until late into the night to get it all done properly and in good spirits as well. Igor was great with communicating status updates during the job itself as well as with follow-up the day and week after. We are happy to have chosen Tornado Plumbing for the quality of work they completed, as well as the level of feedback and communication they provided before, during and after the job. Had to have tree roots removed from my yard and a 5 foot section of piping replaced, heard about Tornado Plumbing from a friend and am very happy I called them. They were polite, professional and did everything for a very reasonable rate. I would call on them again!

Called Tornado based on a review I saw here about how happy they were with the modifications they had done in their laundry room. I needed new piping and valves installed to allow a remodeling of the area. Serhly came out, gave me a free quote that I found very reasonable. He came across as knowledgeable and honest, so I hired him immediately, so he came back the next week, and completed the job within less than 2 hours. I am completely satisfied with the quality of his work...I have stored his number and will definitely use Tornado plumbing for any future plumbing needs. I have already referred him to family and they have used Tornado already.

I contacted Tornado Plumbing because of their positive reviews. After speaking with Serhei he put me at ease and I was confident he would do a great job, and he did. Sergei and his guys removed the old fixtures and put the new ones in perfectly. Being a condo, there are certain challenges to the work but they took care of everything and gave me nothing to worry about. I highly recommend Serhei and his company for being professional, courteous, and for doing excellent work.

Sergey helped to replace one old toilet and one leaking faucet in the basement of one investment property I have. He also went to homedepot with me to help me pick up the toilet and faucet. Overall great experience. Sergey is Reliable, humble, good-hearted and knows what he is doing. His fee is also reasonable compared with the quotes I got from other plumbing companies. My basement bathroom is very small. So would be nicer if we have chosen a smaller toilet to fit into that narrow space. But again a lot of time contractors do not want to interfere with the owners especially if the smaller one is a lot more expensive that the bigger one. So I totally understand. Overall I am a happy customer. The work was done nicely and the place was left spotless. I would not hesitate to recommend Sergey to anyone. He is really quite pleasant to work with.

Serhiy and his team quickly and professionally installed a backwater valve and replaced some clogged pipes in our basement floor after a sewage backup. He consulted with us along the way so that we could choose what we wanted vs. needed to to do. We got quotes from other companies, but Serhiy was by far the most honest and knowledgeable. Sergey came the day after we called, and he made it at 8PM to fit our schedule. He was very courteous and efficient. He actually taught a few things about plumbing. He quickly replaced our faulty shut off valve and showed me how to properly drain my pipes. It will be -10C and below soon, and I am sure our pipes will not get frozen anymore.
