We had received a quote from South Peak last year (which was quick and efficient). We decided to proceed with the roofing this year and reached out again. Ken promptly responded with an updated quote and answered all our queries promptly and patiently. The communication was great throughout the process and they told us exactly when to expect the supplies, the crew and what to expect before, during and after the roofing work. Everything was done on time and as specified. The crew arrived promptly at 8 am and were finished by 4 pm. They did a great job with the roof. We were very impressed with their work ethic and especially with the clean-up around the property after the roof work was completed. They ensured no debris were left behind. The post-work communication was also commendable. before sending the invoice, Lori reached out to get our feedback on the job and ensured we had no concerns. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and very happy with the exceptional service provided by South Peak throughout. Highly recommend them!
