Mike is such an asset to our community! He calmly and clearly walked me through the troubleshooting process and was able to direct me to fixing a problem that otherwise would have cost money and lost time. We recently moved into a home with a beautiful indoor swimming pool. However it lacked a proper heating & ventilation system to combat condensation in winter months. My research led me to Aerosmith Mechanical (as indoor swimming pool HVAC experts). Within minutes of arrival to my pool area, Mike was able to diagnosis the deficiencies of my set up. Later that very day he proposed to install a full pool perimeter ducting setup for blanketing all windows along with a humidistat device to my existing HRV unit. Mike and his team executed the project on time and on budget for my family to better enjoy our indoor pool in winter months. I would highly recommend Aerosmith for their knowledge and experience!

Mike was referred by manufacturer of Dectron, which the equipment to control pool & air heat, humidity, is the Centre part of the indoor pool system. He is the certified and authorized contractor by Dectron, a genius engineer. He supplied&installed Dectron, boiler, pump, Ozone (pool sanitizer) and more... , redesign & installed the whole air ventilation system. I have been using the pool more than 7 years after everything was done. Everything is going well and my whole family is enjoying the indoor pool, especially during the winter.
Without Mike, it could not happen. I highly recommend Mike if you have indoor pool, which is needed to be upgraded or be built a new system. You will be satisfied like me. Last not least, he is very friendly and kind. Thanks, Mike!

We needed someone reliable and capable of taking on such a big project. Mike was able to deliver on his work but also with his professionalism. We never we left out of any information, and Mike was always willing to help explain what the next steps were and how to use the Dectron. There were no hidden fees, and the work was completed on a timely schedule.

Mike proved to be true to his word and exceeded our expectations. He communicates immediately, explaining the equipment and customizations so as to make it understandable. He returns calls and shows up when he says he will. When adjustments were needed, Mike was creative at finding solutions. He never refused additional requests, such as hooking up the in-floor heating. He explained every step of the process and we found him to be very accurate. He knows what he's doing.

Mike is not one to disappear once the install is done; true to his word, he followed up with any kinks that needed to be ironed out, and was very patient as we learned to use the new hvac system with all the new features and software.

Over the years as homeowners, we have hired many contractors for many jobs. Hands down, Mike was the best for our new pool equipment install. We would recommend him without hesitation.
