Mike is such an asset to our community! He calmly and clearly walked me through the troubleshooting process and was able to direct me to fixing a problem that otherwise would have cost money and lost time. He took time out of his Sunday morning to help. You can tell he is knowledgeable, experienced and willing to help. Thank you Mike!

Don't waste your time on their false advertising. I'm very happy to pay for good service. I was willing to pay $4 more per sheet (compared to home depot for 4 x12 1/2 inch drywall, $4 is about 25% more). I was also willing to pay $1-2/sheet carry in fee to my walk out basement. Lo an behold, after registering with their website and reading the fine print, I was quoted $4/sheet carry in charge. When I called to enquire, the response was, 1) the website is out of date. 2) they never charge $1/sheet. 3) operator would check and call me back (never did) What a complete waste of my time, they would not even honour was is explicitly on their own website. This is copied from their website on Jun 1, 2018: How Does Our Drywall Carry In Fee Work? No Carry In Fee associated for driveway, multi-level, main floor, garage, 2nd level boom service, basement window or ability to boom to walkout access. $1.00 - $2.00 per sheet added for carry in service where one must carry to a walkout basement access, a stairwell going up or down, or a front entrance that has more than 6 steps step. In certain circumstance this fee may be waived if more then one level is being delivered to. Steer clear of 1-800-drywall

You are correct that we did not clearly spell out the details of the carry in fee and for that we do apologize. We have made changes to our website to make it clear of the fees. If you have not bought your materials as of yet please get in touch with us and we will honor the website price for the Carry In Fee as it is not our intent ever to mislead anyone and this is not something 1-800 Drywall takes lightly. Again, we do apologize for the misunderstanding and hope you will give us a chance to rectify the situation.

Mustafa and his brother worked great together as a team. Mustafa is a skilled artisan and has an eye when it comes to flattening any irregular wall and ceiling surfaces. He was able to go above and beyond his initial scope of work. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The only problem is that the new ceiling is now better than the rest of the house! Highly recommended.

Stay clear of these suspicious operators! Firstly, they may refuse to loan out any samples. On the first visit I was told absolutely "no samples", the second visit I was obliged. The main reason why I shopped at this store I wanted same day pick up of Torly's flooring . Regardless, when I purchased the flooring I took note of their return policy (which is displayed on the sales counter) and also confirmed it with the saleslady. Upon completion of my project, I tried to return my excess unopened packages. Firstly I was given the run around (talking to different people at different locations of the store, as if no one had ever handled returns before. Eventually, I was told they would accept the returns but the restocking fee had magically increased to 25% (from 15%). They claimed my order was a special order and that they don't normally sell Torlys. This is despite the fact the Torley is featured prominently on their website and Torley display is the first display you seen when you enter the store. Not to mention that the wood was chosen, paid for, and picked up the same day. How can they make such outrageous claims? Eventually, I was given the number for the manager who of course did not pick up or ever return my call. Moral of this story, avoid dreadful customer service and some very unscrupulous operators at brampton hardwood floors. How can a place like this can remain in business. They should probably also be investigated for unprofessional, unethical practices. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere where reputation matters!

Brampton Hardwood Floors is very proud of its long, successful working relationship with Torlys Floors. In fact, Torlys picked Brampton Hardwood Floors to be its exclusive authorized dealer in Ontario of Torlys factory outlet products. We were selected over hundreds of other hardwood flooring dealers based on our many years of great value, top quality and excellent customer service. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced and have diligently investigated your concerns to avoid any recurrence. The statements you attribute to our staff are peculiar and certainly not something we would expect or condone. We have relayed your comments to our sales and management staff to ensure the continuance of the "customer first" attitude that has been the foundation of Brampton Hardwood Floors success over almost thirty years in business. We are happy that you were able to complete your purchase and return of Torlys factory outlet flooring products at Brampton Hardwood Floors.

Michael and Brian and are very high demand - and for good reason. Michael was easily reachable and responsive during the entire process. Brian and Jessie took great care not to damage any property. They did exactly as they promised and even a bit more. The work area was also thoroughly cleaned prior to completion. Overall I am very happy with their service and quality of work. They are highly recommended.
