Award Plus Plumbing

Due to the Easter long weekend, I had trouble finding someone to come in to unclog the drain. Then I hired a handyman to come in, he said he had to replace the washer, recap the seal of the toilet & unclog the toilet, which he did. Right after he left, my 1st flush of the toilet still caused sewer to back up to the bathtub. I called the guy to come back but he said he won't be able to come in another 3 days. I started calling a company via Homestars, they said they can only come in after the weekend. Then I called Award Plus Plumbing, Alex answered the phone and he said he can come in within 1 hour. He used his expensive camera to diagnozed the problem instantly and fixed problem in an hour. He also shared his expertise on how to prevent the problem. He is honest, down to earth and well equiped for his job, I highly recommended him to anyone looking for a company to get the job done the 1st time.
