Alex was wonderful! I would give more stars if I could. He called me back right away to make the appointment. The main water valve shut off inside the house was very old and leaking. He was able to come the next day, had excellent communication and showed up when he was suppose to. He was very kind and through in answering all of my questions, showed me the process and informed me of anything else I needed to be aware of. The job was done very well, he also put booties on to not bring in any dirt as well as making sure there was no leaks before he left as the city turned the water on while he was still at my house. I am extremely pleased with the service. I highly recommend the company if you want excellent, prompt, kind, caring service. Thank you very much Alex! I look forward to having you back when we have more work to be done.
