Burst pipe in main floor powder-room

William came out the next day after the flexi-pipe between the water supply and the cistern in the main floor powder-room burst. He replaced the same pipe in all three bathrooms, since we figured if one failed, the others can't be far behind. He was professional, courteous and very conscious of the need for social distancing. He was done in an hour - I couldn't have asked for better service.
