I spoke to Alex via HomeStars messages and then on the phone. I discussed with him and he understood the problem. William came over and quickly found the leak and fixed it. He was friendly and took his time to discuss with me as he was looking for the leak. He did a good job and I will definitely use AwardPlus again if I ever need plumbing service again.
