I would recommend Larcon Structural to anyone. This is the second time I have had them work on my house and they do great work. Their work is excellent and their attention to details really helps - especially if you are renovating a 100-year-old house like mine. I cannot get over how they moved LVLs like they were 2x4s in my window and created my new ceiling in 3 days on top of maneuvering around the rafters of my flat roof. Their work we leave you in awe - like my project the eight wonder of the world.

Holden and his team removed a load bearing wall in our 1968 home. Him and his team did an incredible job. They were fast, communicated throughout the whole process, and kept a very clean job site for the two days that they were here.

Even though the estimate was a tad higher than other quotes that we got, it was 100% worth it for the peace of mind and great experience.

We originally called Larcon to assess some structural concerns we had with our house. After an assessment of the space and diagnosing the issue, we decided to move forward with an open concept plan on the main floor that would address our long term goals for the space and the structural issues. Holden and team were fairly priced, extremely responsive, and went out of their way to walk us through the work that was required to turn a house into our home. They showed up when they said they would, did the work they said they would do and did it well, to the point where the city inspector passed the work without hesitation. Larcon removed a knee wall, two support beams, and a wall on the main floor of our 2 story home with basement. Needed to rebuild basement footing as part of the stabilizing of the 26ft steel beam on the main floor. Everything was done as agreed in a very short time frame

I share this information in hopes that we can spare others from the grief of being taken advantage of, from prevalent cost gouging, huge delays in project and added frustrations with poor communications.

We required a load-bearing wall be removed, in order for us to increase the size of the our kitchen during our remodeling project.

Several companies provided us huge quotes that had us near abandoning the concept in thinking we could expand our kitchen size and open it up, then we found Larcon Structural!

By luck and with persistence we happened to find Larcon's website and requested a quote follow-up.

From this point on, it became clear that Larcon was responsive, being fare and certainly had there act together.

5. Team: Great (team members were friendly and very professional).
6. Price Fairness: Great (quotes from some other companies were almost double and had us ready to pass on removing the wall, until we found Larcon).

In summary, Larcon saved our hopes in making our kitchen larger. They are a delight to work with and fair (5+ Stars Larcon).
