We called Derek last November re 2 leaks in our roof. He repaired them in the rain that day, checked out the roof and found several defects that could result in more leaks. We decided on a roof replacement to be done in better weather. Derek and his crew replaced our roof this week. We cannot say enough about his professionalism,integrity, work ethic and attention to detail. We know it has been done correctly and are very happy.

Five years later I received a call regarding a leak on the the older part of the house and I repaired it for you..
As you mentioned leaks pop up in other locations on the older roof and at that point we decided it was time to replace all the older roof with new.
At that time we also found some black mold in the attic replacing it at that time would be best.
