A raccoon was tearing the membrane of my roof. Derek came out on his day off to look at the damage. He came back as soon as he could to fix it. He put wire mesh over the repair to prevent the racoon from scratching up the roof again. He is very conscientious and hard working. His price is fair. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Shouldn't happen again with the wire mess we installed and now that the tree has been removed.
