Derek responded promptly and gave me the time he would be coming while he was finishing off the other project. He came and assessed the problem. So far no more leakage stain notes on my ceiling. There was no hidden fees. Derek was very professional and very friendly. I asked him to take photo (before and after). He showed me everything that he has fixed. Overall, I would recommend accountable roofing to anyone.
