My AC unit was scheduled to be installed and the first roofing contractor bailed at the last minute. Derek was able to fit me in on short notice and install my roof jack so I wouldn't need to cancel the AC install. Install included a 3'" roof jack cut into a 3rd story inaccessible flat roof with a torch on surface in a newer townhouse complex. Derek's team completed the install clean quick, and water tight. Thanks Derek.

I was in a dilemma between replacement and repair of my cedar roof. Building inspector says it has some life left, we moved in and there's a minor leak observed in the ceiling.

Started going down the list on Homestars, all parties commented that my roof has good cedar, but none suggested a repair and instead quoted me for a full replacement.

Then comes Accountable Roofing, explained the issue(s) with my roof and how it can be repaired to avoid a costly full replacement. The repair procedure was explained carefully and written clearly on the quote. After mutual agreement, Accountable came in and made corrections to the area of weakness, while also helped drained my gutters. Photos and explanation was shown to me for the work that was performed. Derek came by on short notice on a Friday evening to fix a recent leak in our aging roof. He did a great job diagnosing the issue and performing the maintenance for a great price. Would use again and highly recommend.

Derek came out to quote us on our roof which we believed needed replacing as we had a couple bad leaks over the winter storms.
Thank goodness we found him! He is extremely professional, friendly and most of all HONEST! He informed us that we still had several years left on our roof (which is 15yrs old), and we only required some replacement patch to be work done. WOW! we were very surprised and thankful to have a man like Derek come to our home. Can't help but think how easy it would have been to simply say we were correct and priced us out a full new roof. We wouldn't have known any better.
We will DEFINETLY have him replace the old one with a new one when the time comes!

I’m pleased to provide this review for Accountable. Derek came out on a rainy Saturday evening and was quickly able to diagnose our roofing problem. He took a number of pictures and clearly explained what was happening and the recommended repairs. A few days later everything was completed. Service was fast and professional. Accountable Roofing did an excellent job removing the old skylight that was never installed properly twenty years ago and was showing signs of leakage. The owner of the business had to replace both the flashing and the frame so the new energy efficient skylight is now properly installed. His work was very meticulous. We feel he went above and beyond by putting trim around the inside of the skylight so that the job looks professionally finished from inside our house. We are very satisfied with the owner of the business’s work.
