I want to preface my review with this fact: we worked with many contractors in our previous house on various large projects. Some were horrible/criminal - and some were excellent.
None compared to how amazing Caio and his team are.
Before the project began, we were provided with a very detailed and accurate quote and a precise timeline. Caio and his team stuck to both the quote and the timeline for the duration of the project.
During the project they always arrived on time, worked extra long days and weekends when necessary to meet timelines and as an added bonus, always kept the area very clean when they were done for the day!
Their craftmanship is excellent. Very detail oriented and really do not settle on mediocre.
We love our basement and already have friends and family using Caio for their own projects and they are just as happy! We will definitely hire him for any future projects we may have.
