Another company that failed to find the ‘solution’ to however rodents are accessing home. They offer a year warranty, but six months into service, I had to chase them to attend to follow up. First visit, I was surprised the technician was onsite for under two hours (do the math). I even said you guys charge ‘legal fees’ rates. Two visits, and still hear rodents in the wall a year later. Many technicians have tried to find the access point, but to no avail.

We had a great experience with this company. They were very efficient, and kept us well informed of what was going on. They visited several times in their efforts to secure our home against rodents, and it appears to have been successful.

We we’re thrilled with their good humoured approach to their work and their persistence. Well about ten days ago the squirrel came back and chewed it’s way into our roof. We immediately called Humane Solutions and within two days they were here. They beefed up our perimeter and installed a one way door. The same day the squirrel left the roof and she couldn’t get back in could she..! There was no charge for the return visit so we’re very happy.

The folks at Humane Solution are prompt, professional and personable. Last year, Humane Solutions helped me deal with a squirrel family in my roof. They assessed the exterior of my home and also found evidence of rodents in a shed. They expertly excluded both squatters from my home with 1-way doors. Mother Squirrel re-located her own family overnight—no poisoning or trapping involved.
