Bought this house as a new home. Having the original furnace was a bonus.

We lowered our offer and now replaced a noisy clunky money burning heating device with a balanced comfortable living space we can control from our phone.

And it fits what we want for comfort, quietness and no fuss automatic running.

The whole Furnace Family family from online contact to providing options and the team that spent the time to install again asking for options on where to place things, how it might look, and explaining each step with the impact we could expect was outstanding.

I worked with my father in construction and uncles in the trades and dealt with great furnace people but it was always this is what we have, it’s a great price and we’ll show up to the door to install it as soon as we can load it on the truck.

There was nothing that Furnace Family did that I couldn’t do if I wanted to get a cheaper unit and install it myself.
I had a concern on sourcing everything that would be needed and getting the permits and inspections in a timely manner. I didn’t have to line up to apply, acquire or get rid of things. Or research where to find.

The work was done beautifully and by happy family crew members. The pride in the details to get it the way we liked was their focus.
