Ez Appliance Repair

Called them to be told its 100 for the call but they dont charge that if work is done. Contract guy came and did the work (he was good hence the 1*) but find out they don't charge by the hour, but just a flat fee. So 200$ for 15 min work. Never heard of a service company chargin a flat fee before so never thought to ask. Even the guy contracted in says he charges the service call fee (which was less than 100) but then charges by the hour. Told me his charge would have been total about 100, so half the cost.
