M Li Property Enhancements

Matt and the team were nothing short of great to work with. We engaged the team earlier in the year, just sort of dreaming about what we were interested in doing. This fall our appointment had come and Matt and the team were quick to start replacing our countertops, sink, and faucets. Working with other local service providers in Calgary, we were able to get the exact counter top and items we originally wanted. We also talked to Matt about our fireplace, it had a large hold above it that always look dated, would fill with dust, and generally was unsightly. Matt was able to mock on a design for the fireplace, build, and paint the fireplace for us. At first we were a bit off on what we wanted the fireplace to look like, specifically about the access to services behind the fireplace. Matt came right over, took our ideas without any pushback and updated the fireplace to look like the photos below. We absolutely love how it turned out and could not be happier with Matt and his team. Looking forward to working with the team again for our future renos.

We hired MLI for our master bathroom renovation. Matt, his team and his subcontractors were all great to work with. Matt’s creative suggestions throughout the project resulted in a final product that exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MLI.

We had an ensuite and two full bathrooms renovated. Matt was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and delivered what we asked for. We left a number of details to his discretion; his choices exhibited an aesthetic sense. The crew was polite, protected our floors, cleaned up afterward. Price was affordable. Our next reno will be the kitchen and we plan to use MLi Property Enhancements.

We worked with Matt on the design and layout. He was patient as we made several changes, providing quotes each time until the final contact. Payment were staggered thourghtout with specific completion points. The work was done on time and on budget. The crew cleaned up after each work day. The rest of the house was protected from,damage during the process. Final payments were made only after we were satisfied.
