This business over promises and under delivers. They installed an INTERIOR stairlift to our EXTERIOR stairs and then left us high and dry when problems started with mechanics. Once they have your money, the pattern is to feign interest in problems being experienced but in reality appointments are No Shows time and time again. There were deceptive claims about being on site to fix a problem - until told that the cameras would prove that there was nothing fixed and no serviceman was on the premises. It was my experience that this business model is predatory and exploitative of seniors.

The company has been giving poor service in all ways possible. Equipment not working, missing appointments, leaving equipment broken when client was dependent on it promising a refund and not refunding, not answering texts or phone calls.
Be very careful. They sound good until there is trouble.

Gave a clear estimate of what work was needed, arrived right on time, was knowledgeable and communicated well, showed problem-solving ability, completed on time, cleaned up work area, and followed up next day to ensure all was well. No upselling. A small independent business that is dependable and affordable.
