We had raccoons that decided to make a hole in the roof. We called North Star and they came the next day, installed a one way door and sealed up the main hole and other potential problem areas. The raccoon found another way in through the back of the roof and again i called and North star came back right away. The raccoon never came back after about a week. They were easy to communicate with, prompt, very professional and did a great job with resorting the problem areas. They also provide a 3 year gaurantee. I highly recommend!
