Don't use this company for duct cleaning
In the ads, they said no hidden cost. However, when they arrived, they told me that I have to pay extra $200 to clean my furnace and air conditioning. I told them I can do this later, but the guy said I have to clean the furnace right away otherwise would be a waste for duct clean. Then I let them do the job, they basically just used a vacuum to clean the furnace for about 5 minutes! This was the worst service experience I've ever had! Will never use this company again!

I am sorry to hear that you had bad experience with us. We do our best to make everybody happy. However duct cleaning doesn't mean we are servicing your furnace or air condition. You could have it done elsewhere or we provide this service at an additional cost.
