i'm not happy with all the additional costs that were added up. I understand one has to have equipment to do the job, but without materials to have to spend $600 in my opinion for 2 hours of work and coaxed into spending that much against my original plan was something i was not comfortable with, but decided to go ahead as I was coaxed into this. Based on this experience, I will probably not have my ducts cleaned ever again, as this was more of a bait of a low flyer price and switch tactic. I'm honestly sad at leaving this review as I know that in all my years of working, one has so much better success with leaving customers with only positive things to say about their service. I hope that this review is reviewed in the light it was intended for the service provider and I hope they modify their modus operandi for better reviews in the future.

We cleaned your ducts and serviced your furnace and cleaned the air condition coils which were plugged with pet hairs and debris. Additional work required was quoted before and was authorized before we proceeded.
