Peter was referred to us by friends and from our first video meeting, I was confident that he was the most knowledgeable architect we had met with. He was eager to share the many insights he had amassed over the years which helped us feel even more comfortable that he was 'the real deal.'
Over the months, his expertise shone through and every single conversation with him was strategic and thorough. The design evolved over time in response to our input and in the end, we were both sincerely impressed by the final iteration. He also guided us through a difficult CoA process with confidence and expertise.
Peter was brutally honest (a quality I strongly admired!) and straightforward in his approach. He was not the cheapest option nor was that what we wanted. His design was impeccable with a high level of detail - specifically the areas 'behind the walls' (ie. structural and HVAC design/implementation) and for that we are so so happy.
I would recommend Lattag Studio Inc. to anyone looking for attention to detail and an honest, hard working architect. If you need to be wined and dined with flashy brand names....keep scrolling :)
