I purchased a new Oceanfront home with a Bionest sewerage treatment system in 2018. Three years later during a service check I found that although properly designed and installed, the system was not properly commissioned. Working with the original engineer, Van Isle Septic was able to properly assess and identify the remedial steps to resolve the issues. After a few visits, my system was up and running as designed.
