The worst and most unethical Pest Control company in Vancouver. Very Rude.
They also did not comply with their contract and their service was terrible.
don't waste your money on this company.

Save your money if your want results and service. Call a reputable company that provides prompt service and follows the treatment plan you pay for. We have been dealing with this company since September 2021 which is run by a single person. The mice infestation hasnt been resolved, the guy doesnt provide regular visits in fact you actually have to keep calling him to come inspect and refill the bait stations, which is actually his job and part of the contract. When he does schedule a visit he cancels the next day and comes up with some excuse. I was very disappointed, he was a pleasant guy but he cant run a business and give you the so called guaranteed results his website promises,..very unprofessional and unreliable.

I used 911 Pest Control in the fall of 2015 to address an ant issue at my home. He came on time, was reasonably priced and aside from applying product outside and inside he also sprayed detached garage as well. He instructed me beforehand what he would be doing and to clear certain areas if possible the day before. He described the product he used, what his competitors used (he was correct I called around beforehand) and the difference. The ants were gone from my home and if I ever had an issue again I would use his services.
