We have been dealing with this company since September 2021 which is run by a single person. The mice infestation hasnt been resolved, the guy doesnt provide regular visits in fact you actually have to keep calling him to come inspect and refill the bait stations, which is actually his job and part of the contract. When he does schedule a visit he cancels the next day and comes up with some excuse. I was very disappointed, he was a pleasant guy but he cant run a business and give you the so called guaranteed results his website promises,..very unprofessional and unreliable.
