The installation team were very professional and had the tub centred on our pad, full of water and ran through the operation of our new saltwater tub within a 2-hour period.

Chris was out friendly and very knowledgeable sales associate who helped us find the right model for our needs.
No issues with delivery, and set up, the guys were very helpful and friendly!

Loving our new salt water hot tub! So easy to look after, no need to add chemicals since we had it installed a month ago. We can check the chlorine and ph with our iPhones . Enjoying it every day .

On time on budget they were patient well I got my sight ready. Only problem was they gave me the wrong dimensions of the hot tub which required some major adjustment before installation. Make sure you get the right dimensions for your hot tub before you CreateSpace fart. RZ

My wife and I looked at many different spas from multiple dealers before deciding to purchase from Arctic Spas. The quality of the product, and support from the sales staff to delivery was excellent. Everyone we spoke to took the time to answer all of our questions and the delivery team made sure we knew everything we needed to know to get our spa up and running. We are now enjoying our spa. Thank you to the Arctic Spa team for all the help from start to finish.

We love our new Arctic Spas tub. Everything leading up to and including delivery was fantastic, but we had some issues getting things set up and trying to get customer service to help us over the weekend.
There is a lot of online research needed, and several tutorial videos to watch, which were all useful but we didn't expect to have to do so much work to get things going.
Now that it's up and running, we are very happy with it.

This is the worst service and product I’ve ever had. The spa was not what they promised. The wifi never worked, the spa claws are always breaking, the parts rusted. I found out today that the leak I have is due to poor manufacturing. Getting any service from them took months and years. Do not buy a spa from them.

Purchased a Artic spa cub . Installed beginning of June and have been enjoying it everyday. Paid a bit more for a salt water system but so far find it well worth the extra money. It has been a worry free for a month now and no issues. Love how we can keep track of Temp, Ph, salt levels and your power consumption on your computer. Definitely would recommend a artic spa.

We were looking for a reasonably simple hot tub for our new cottage on Lake Erie. We met Chris from Artic Spas Burlington at the HomeLife Cottage show in the spring and he pointed us to the Monterey tub by Freeflow. They helped us in planning and prepping location for 230V conversion. Delivery and set up went smooth and on time.
