We had a traumatic experience with Mark. He was helping us with a project and there was a lot of back and forth with the city. After we had received the permit from the city, we needed one more form signed off. Mark became completely belligerent, ignoring our texts, and when we finally got him on the phone he cursed at us, used inappropriate language, and refused to complete the work. We followed his advice every step of the way and made all of the changes he requested. We understand if there are differences of opinion, but speaking to customers in a vulgar and threatening way is unacceptable.

I posted an ad on HomeStars. Mark was one of the first to contact me. He was happy to share his knowledge on the complete start to finish process of cutting down a mature tree right beside a house. I could tell right away that Mark knew what he was doing. I switched arborists as Cinerea demonstrated professionalism, punctuality and patience. Thank you very much for making this experience clean and seamless.

Mark was helpful in delivering us the arborist report and tree protection plan as required by the city in a timely fashion. He also helped us with the application process at no extra charge.

After going with another "ISA Certified Arborist" and ultimately getting our application denied with the City of Toronto, we chose Cinerea due to Mark being a Board Certified Master Arborist and having years of experience. We were at our wits end with our other arborist and the City of Toronto. Mark came in and did an entirely new report which was very detailed. He met us on site and discussed what items Urban Forestry would approve of and not. Ultimately we had our application approved to build a small addition in a matter of months after Mark prepared the report and tree protection plan. Thank You once again Mark. Mark and his crew did a fantastic job on bringing our overgrown hedge back to life. They went abive and beyond and we were very happy with their work ethic and quality of work. Will definately recommend.

Mark was responsive to emails and punctual. More importantly he did a great job cutting down a large tree. He cut the trunk as far down to grade as possible and cut all the brush in manageable sizes for us to dispose. Will use his services again.

We had Mark in to prune our red maple tree. Not only did he do an excellent job on the tree but he also raked our entire backyard and blew off the driveway as part of his service. We were very pleased with the work and going above and beyond.
