Their knowledge is deep in their trade, and they are always looking for ways to improve and make better their project. No pressure -- they will build to drawings, or they will provide a superior installation based on their own experiences. Mo is professional in every respect, and cares about what he installs. His reputation is clearly important, and his language with those less verse in all things HVAC is clear, and his delivery is patient. Also, one of the most organized and clean installations I have seen, not to mention his job-site is always cleaned up at day's end.
