We have an engineered hardwood floor, and one room in particular needed refinishing. Jason promptly answered my service request -even though it's a relatively small job. He was confident in his work and was able to put me on his busy calendar fairly quickly. By the way, he's busy...because he's GOOD.
This smart entrepreneur is running a very professional company, with quality first and customer service a close second. He kept us informed, he was extremely polite and besides a gorgeous new floor, there is no trace that he and his team were even here. Clean, tidy, efficient...couldn't ask for more.
As for the quality of the floor...amazing. It's the only word. The room looks brand new and makes all the other floors look 100 years old (and not in that quaint heritage way...). We'll have Jason back when we're ready to do the rest of the house and I will happily recommend him to friends and family. We are VERY impressed with him and his work.
