After that, the dispatcher called within 10 minutes for the time of arrival. They came after one hour which is unbelievably excellent! After a few minutes, the plumber sent me a text with his face and time of arrival, which is another amazing service. Bing, the plumber, called as soon as he arrived and he was able to fix the problem (while another company was not able to). He then sent me a detailed invoice and also with pictures of the whole area (since this is my rental property and i was not there). Then he scheduled the camera snake the following day to determine the source of the problem. This company only charged me a really good price. They are super organized and professional when talking to them. Try them out.
