Our dryer wasn't working and kept 're-sensing' the load and extending the duration of the dry cycle. We suspected that maybe the sensor was broken?
Great communication from the company and the tech came out quickly and was very personable.
We explained the problem, he looked at the setup, and offered to replace the sensor.
This didn't fix the problem, however. My mother-in-law ended up with the answer, telling me to clean out all the vents/ducts.
Thus the mixed review. If you know what your problem is and want them to do it, then great. Very reasonably priced, also.
However, if you're unsure what's wrong and want to advice, perhaps not the best?
