We are satisfied with the service. We bought the Samsung Dishwasher just over a year ago. We only started using it recently like 2 months and then it was not working. It was a power outage.

The technician was very professional and friendly. He arrived on time and finished fixing our washing machine quickly yet appropriately. We also had no issues with customer service. We were able to book an appointment within a reasonable time frame. We appreciate their service and we will definitely recommend.

We needed to have a gas dryer repaired. Gas technicians are not as easy to find as electric. They showed up on time, they were courteous and helped us solve our problem.
