Drain King Plumbers

Last night I put out a request through Home Stars regarding the shut-off valves iny basement and the removal of 22 year old garden hose in my garage. The customer service rep responded through Home Stars and then contacted me via cell phone.
The technician Michael arrived within 20 minutes after receiving a phone call from Kathleen. He was polite and professional and did answer all of my questions. I was not charged for the inspection. He successfully removed the old garden hose and added a high quality bib to the tap. He explained what he was going to do and then showed me the completed work for my final inspection. The charge was quite reasonable for the replacement bib and his labour. I appreciated the fact that Michael did inform me that the shut off valve to my outdoor tap may need to be replaced in the next couple of years. He told me that he was going to send me information regarding the cost of the new part. In conclusion, I did like the fact that the customer representative Kathleen was quick to respond to my phone calls and concerns about the job. I would recommend Drain King Plumbers to do any type of plumbing job you may require for a reasonable charge. Good customer service is very hard to find these days.
