I cannot praise Manikano Construction highly enough. Mamuka has a perfect combination of mastery and good attitude. Our request was unusual, and he not only met all our needs and more, he actually took pride in figuring out the best and most reliable ways of doing all parts of the project. He showed up on time, didn't disappear, we didn't have to chase him around at any point. On the day he promised to finish the project, it was snowing heavily, and we suggested that he come back in better weather, but he stuck it out and finished when he said he would as a matter of pride!
His attitude is excellent as well. We are not knowledgeable about construction, so we asked him questions and made suggestions that were probably silly or at least impractical. But he never showed any impatience, and if our requests were unreasonable, instead of talking down to us he found a BETTER and actually doable alternative.
I'm already recommending Mamuka left and right to other people in our building, and he is the one I'll be calling for any other projects!
