Windows are excellent. Dave provided immediate, concise, expert help via chat to clarify dimensions and the best window features for my install. Windows were ready early even though Panes was busy and indicated production was fully scheduled.
Price is comparable to big box stores for in stock inventory, but custom sizing, configuration and quality make Panes way better value.
Great focus on customer service, I had a small problem with my order and they came on site the next day to fix it.
