I ordered a window for my basement through the online site to install myself. I picked the style of window, the options I wanted and entered the frame size, and was done in about 20min. I installed the window in a stone foundation in a century home and was pleased with the product and whole process of online ordering was very simple.
I will buy the remaining 3 windows for my basement from Panes and would recommend this company.
