John has done several jobs for us, from re-routing our radiator pipes, to, most recently, making an emergency visit to fix our furnace in below-zero weather. He has never let us down. He is friendly, reliable, responsive, honest, and very reasonable with his pricing. He explains what needs to be done, presents you with options, and trouble-shoots to avoid unnecessary expenses. A very good guy to have in your contacts list.
