Replacing furnace and air conditioner

***UPDATE***
As you can see below CHC did reach out and I sent them the invoices I was charged by another company to repair CHC's mistakes - they said they would follow up with me after reviewing. It has been three weeks now and there has been no contact from them so I will take that as confirmation and affirmation of my review below. Worst company ever!

Worst company ever. Never, ever use them. They installed our new furnace/heat pump incorrectly. They tried to fix it a couple of times with no success so then they (Shawn) totally ghosted us. Furnace was repeatedly shutting down and we had no heat in the middle of winter. CHC refused our calls. We had to work with Bosch ourselves - who were going to void our warranty because CHC made numerous mistakes - we had to hire new contractor to finally fix the issue. On top of the $14k we paid for the new installation, had to hand over $2k in other contractors to finally fix. Bosch has now flagged this company as a risk.
