Very professional and courteous service.

For the past decade we have used City Home Comfort for our furnace maintenance and repair and so when it came time to get a new furnace we called them for a consultation and eventual installation. They installed the furnace on-time, removed the old one (leaving no mess), and met the quoted price. In addition and, as I said, the technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

When asked, I recommend CHC.

Great customer service. Thorough presentation by the energy consultant. Clean installation crew.
The new Trane furnace is super quiet. Love the new water heater.
Very happy with the purchase and will certainly refer in the future.

Air conditioner

Very pleasant. Technicians were very nice, no problems, they had to improvise a couple of times as the house is old. Very satisfied.

HVAC installation

New HVAC installed for my mother. She is a long time customer of City Home (over 30 yrs), so when it came time to replace her existing furnace as well as adding a new A/C unit she went with City Home. The call for a quote and meeting was answered promptly. Chris arrived on the appointed day and showed us new HVAC systems and pricing; the system that my mother settled on was by Trane. Chris took measurements and discussed options for new line installations with minimal damage to walls. The installation took place over a 2 day period, they arrived on time, were very polite and took the time to set up tarps on carpet to keep it from getting dirty. The lead installer also named Chris took the time to explain to mother what they were doing and would ask her for input if they need to make slight modifications during the install. My mother is extremely happy with the work, the crew, and the way everything looks. She would like to thank everyone at City Home for everything.
