Divine duct cleaning

I responded to an add for &140 unlimited cleaning. When they arrived the price jumped to $1000. I needed the work done so we proceeded but buyer beware they advertised to get in the door and no real justification for the price increase.

Not recommended feels like a scan

While cleaning damaged my exterior door handrail to basement and scratched dryer approximatly a year ago since telling them never wanted them back have had an average of 5 phone calls a week sometimes two in one day to see if I wish to have them back . have told them repeatedly will never have them back and threatened to call BBB on several occasions they just keep phoning

They charged $500 for a full house duct cleaning. They only accept cash and will not provide a receipt. They blew my Ecobee thermostat because they don't have proper knowledge or training with HVAC equipment. I had to call an HVAC technician to check and fix the furnace and had to get a new thermostat at my own cost. Saqib Virk the owner of this company Divine Duct Cleaning Inc. did not compensate me for the HVAC technician cost or replacement of the thermostat. I did not have a working furnace for one week after they left. Ultimately they did not take responsibility for the damage they caused. This was the worst experience I've had with a duct cleaning company. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!

Quoted 110.00 but apparently when they got here it didnt include anything but basically a blow out. Left my basement covered in soot as they didnt seal the holes they made in the ducts. 4 days later the tape they used to cover the holes all peeled off. Dont waste your money. Im sorry I did.

The service first of all was booked through a call center, which I already doubted. The guys came in and hiked up the price as usual saying furnace tune up. After not even a month we realized that the dryer vent was not cleaned up properly and I followed up with owner Saqib for more than a month to fix the same. No response and still need to fix. DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYONE

Used these people once, were not professional, left a mess, tried to up the bill (however they did not succeed). They now call continuously even though I have yelled and screamed at them to stop calling. I have had to block their number. I would not reccomend...ever.

They said $99 plus tax includes everything for duct cleaning of my house. After arrival they said $89 plus tax for furnace cleaning, $59 plus tax for air conditioning side cleaning in the furnace and $40 plus tax for laundry duct. I don’t recommend them ever. Also, they left the dirt in my washrooms, furnace room and laundry room.

No company name is given.
When they have started the work, they find some issue for which the have to raise the $100 price.
Now, to be honest, our ducts had not been cleaned for a long time.
Anyway, the divine (yeah! ;)) guy had to borrow my metal cutter, which of course ended up in his tool box in his truck when he came for the money. And yeah, they don't want to pay taxes and leave a mess.
I doubt the return ducts have been cleaned around the corners!

We have been contacted with the company for the duct cleaning service and the appointment was very quick. They were on time as agreed. The job was completed so fast which we are not used to since our house is 31000 SQF. After a week we found out that we still face same issue with the dust and the job was not done professionally, so we sent them a message as we used to communicate and there is no response. Also one of their rep called us and when we started to complain, she hang off the phone . We tried calling them several times and left voice messages but there is no response again. We also sent them another message informing that we will post a review on their website and they didn't care for it. Worst Experience Ever

I never got such a bad experiences.The technician are not professional.The charge me for duct and furnace cleaning $426 ..and not even cleaning properly.they leave all the waste materials inside the home.so sad..
