We had a leak with our bathroom plumbing that ruined the drywall. I called Phil on a Monday, explained the work that needed to be done, and sent him some photos. He sent me a quote that same day and started two days later. He was always professional in his communication via text and quick to reply. Less than a week later, the work was all done, including a fresh coat of paint, and our bathroom was left clean and ready to be used by the incoming renters. We were very happy with Phil's work and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
