I pay a monthly fee (listed) for annual maintenance. Brad was courteous and efficient, making sure our furnace, tankless water heater, air purifier and humidifier were all in good working order. He retaped spots where the seal had given way. He encouraged questions, which lead to additional troubleshooting I hadn't thought to ask for. Online booking was easy, too.
