2. Installation was advised to be December 10 2021 but it was NOT. Nobody came. It was installed 3 days later.
3. The door that was installed is not the door that I saw once in your showroom. It is smaller and the workers had to spray a lot of foam in the gaps and cover it with wide plastic panels. .. The screen door is very flimsy and probably will not last very long. A heavier person might not be able to go through the door! .... How can you justify such a shabby product for a high price of $2.245.00? I will inform our Corporation office.

Edith we apologize for having to reschedule your installation due to complications at a previous job site, we understand how frustrating this can be. The patio door installed at your home is the one on your contract, we do sell and install multiple styles of patio door and cannot know which one you are referring to in the showroom.
