Job started oct 3 2018. Installer smashed out old windows removed frame. Glass all over. Needed 3 people to force new unit in. Door would not fit right so he screwed door shut. remained that way till JAN 17 2019. phoned BBB complaint 1386948 jan 10 . It helped speed up process. Cold day when door worked on, they didn't reinstall it they just put screws in the side lite wood etc, to make it fit, broke transom glass. waited weeks for new glass. Then it got warm, door would not latch or fit without hitting frame. Transom glass poorly installed needed caulking. final payment demands etc last visit oct 9 2019. He left a souvenir a broken exacto blade on driveway.
