I had a wonderful experience with Alpha Tech.
Ariel showed on time and quickly diagnosed the issue, told me exactly what was wrong, he was professional, knowledgeable and honest .
I will definitely call to Alpha Tech again if I need a repair.

Old glass cooktop was cracked and needed to be replaced. Technician was available right when I needed. He asked some questions about the defect over the phone and showed up with the exact part that was required. I was explained all my options to choose from and have decided to go with the replacement - after I was 100% sure that I was offered a good price. After checking online, I couldn't find a better price, than I was offered. Job was done very fast, and clean. Technician wouldn't leave before running all the tests in all the cooking modes to make sure everything works.
Will definitely recommend them!

I called a company (not Alpha Tech) for a repair, but the other company sent this person saying they were business partners. Too gullible! Ariel gave me a verbal quote for what was wrong with the dishwasher and said it woudl take 2-3 hours work to repair and do maintenance. Miele is hard to get parts for so it took more than a week to order the part.

He called back and we agreed on a time to come. He came the next day 90 minutes late, but very polite and seemed authentically apologetic. He did the work in 30 minutes. For an exceptional reason I did not supervise him as I always do, but it was impossible this time round.

He used a credit card system to collect my money, but he did not give me a receipt. I h ave been asking for several days to get a receipt but it is not forthcoming. I also realize that he did not send me a written quote which is required for repairs of this size.

I was too gullible and his courtesy fooled me. If you call him, make sure you get a written estimate first and a bill before you pay iwth your credit card.

Ariel is awesome. Arrived on time, did a thorough analysis of the issue and gave us fair pricing and options for the repair. We really felt like he was doing what was best for us instead of trying to upsell services, order unneccissary parts, etc.
