Our insurance companies contractor scheduled a company "Divine Duct Cleaning" and they were horrible(separate review) their disinfectant was Febreeze, I kid you not. We were absolutely dissatisfied. So we took it upon ourselves and checked reviews. I spoke Rohan and Duct Cleaning Masters. He advised me of processes and the fact that they would take before and after pictures and guarenteed we would be happy.
Rohan and crew showed up in licensed vehicle, proper ID and work order and involved me in every step, come see this, this is good, this is not, this is an option but maybe next time. He didn't push anything, manners and service were above and beyond exceptional. I highly recommend. Receipts and photos provided at no cost.
Our cost included extras to clean furnace and coils as well as a hospital grade sanitizer/disinfectant and that includes taxes. Very competitive.
